Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at San Clemente Palace Kempinski Venice. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, hiring and training staff, managing communication with customers and staff, and maintaining high standards in food & beverage services. Candidate will be managing several different F&B outlets in the property such as; breakfast, pool side brasserie and fine dining restaurants.

• Experience in Food & Beverage management at least 5 years
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
