Job Description : Restaurant Manager - Italian
Location: KUWAIT
Responsibilities
- Oversee the general operations of the Italian restaurant
- Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and coordinate staff assignments
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and systems
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Italian restaurant
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant best practices
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Experience in managing Italian cuisine restaurants preferred
- Track record of increasing restaurant sales and profitability
Salary
- 1800 KWD / 5500 euro tax free (all inclusive )
- Pay : €5,400.00 - €5,800.00 per month
