Job description

We are seeking talented and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the position of Restaurant Manager at Mangia's Selinunte.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
  • Deliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails
  • Respond effectively and accurately to guest complaints
  • Regularly assess product quality
  • Organize and supervise staff shifts
  • Continuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
  • Manage reservations
  • Work closely with colleagues from other departments
Requirements
  • At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments
  • Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
