A Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Crazy Pizza

A Seasonal Restaurant Manager will support the full operational team during the summer season. You’ll manage daily service, coordinate a high-energy team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, upholding service standards, and fostering a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the brand’s signature style.

Your day to day:

  1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, table settings, and service flow, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  2. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and reducing waste.
  3. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and provide exemplary service to all guests, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively assist guests with their selections.
  5. Ensure food and service quality standards are met consistently, conducting regular inspections and staff training.
