Competenze

• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle in Luxus-Hotels oder gehobenen Restaurants.

Position: Restaurant Hostess

We are looking for a Restaurant Hostess to join our team at La Terrazza for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, comfortable with challenges, and possesses exemplary customer service skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Managing telephone reservations
2. Welcoming customers upon arrival
3. Escorting customers to the reserved table
4. Handling guest needs (checkroom service, etc.)
5. Assisting with information requests

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants
2. Good communication skills
3. Excellent teamwork skills
4. Determination to achieve goals
5. Fluency in English at a professional level, and preferably one additional language
6. Attention to detail
7. Ability to adapt and handle stressful situations calmly
