The successful candidate will maintain high standards of food, service, health & safety, ensure efficient and profitable restaurant operations, and oversee staff and resources, including legal compliance.

What do we look for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments like restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage services
  • Proven expertise in managing high-performing hospitality venues
  • Leadership and decision-making skills, focusing on team growth and development
  • Strategic operational approach with financial management and business development knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
  • Deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, emphasizing quality and precision

What will you work on?

  • Ensure adherence to Nusr-Et’s service standards, from food presentation to guest interaction
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations for smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead by example on the floor Front of House in service and operations
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability
  • Ensure legal compliance and stay informed of relevant legal changes
  • Drive recruitment, training, and performance management to build a skilled team
  • Develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase footfall, revenue, and brand awareness
  • Monitor guest satisfaction to maintain high standards
  • Implement quality control, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory to minimize waste and ensure efficiency
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and meet deadlines
  • Act as the liaison between the restaurant and senior management, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment
