We are seeking a talented and dynamic Restaurant General Manager for our Milan location. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional passionate about excellence and organizational growth. The successful candidate will oversee food quality, service standards, health & safety, and ensure the restaurant's profitable performance while ensuring legal compliance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing hospitality venues
  • Strong decision-making skills and team development focus
  • Strategic operational approach with financial management expertise
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high service standards and guest interaction
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams by example
  • Managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability
  • Ensuring legal compliance and staying informed of relevant laws
  • Driving recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Collaborating with marketing to increase footfall and revenue
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and stock levels
  • Acting as liaison between the restaurant and senior management
