GE.DI. GROUP S.p.A., one of the leading Italian construction companies specializing in civil and industrial buildings, is seeking a Responsabile tecnico edile operativo to be involved in our projects in the Fano and Urbino areas.

Responsibilities:

The Responsabile tecnico edile operativo will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of contracts or projects by supervising site activities and managing the schedule. They will oversee work phases and monitor project progress until completion.

Main Activities:

• Manage operational activities on site and support the site manager;
• Conduct cost/revenue analyses to define the best operational solutions;
• Review project plans and coordinate technical interfaces among all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle;
• Account for activities (Sil and Sal);
• Ensure project objectives (costs, timelines, quality, safety, etc.) are met;
• Participate in regular meetings to review project progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil or Building Engineering, or extensive experience (20+ years) with a diploma as a surveyor;
• At least 5-10 years of experience in similar roles within general construction companies;
• Advanced knowledge of industry software (AutoCAD, Primus, Revit preferred);
• Good skills in budget and schedule planning;
• Knowledge of the Public Works Code 50/2016 and technical standards;
• Experience managing large projects for national public clients is preferred.
