GE.DI. GROUP S.p.A., one of the leading Italian construction companies specializing in civil and industrial buildings, is seeking a Responsabile tecnico edile operativo to be assigned to our projects in the Fano and Urbino areas.

Responsibilities:

The Responsabile tecnico edile operativo will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of contracts or projects by supervising site activities and managing the schedule. They will oversee work phases and monitor project progress until completion.

Main Activities:

• Manage operational activities on site and assist the site manager;
• Conduct cost/revenue analysis to define the best operational solutions;
• Read and analyze project plans and oversee technical interfaces among all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle;
• Account for activities (Sil and Sal);
• Ensure achievement of project objectives (costs, timing, quality, safety, etc.);
• Participate in regular meetings to review project progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Civil or Building Engineering, or extensive experience (20+ years) with a diploma as a surveyor;
• At least 5-10 years of experience in similar roles within general construction companies;
• Advanced knowledge of sector-specific software (AutoCAD, Primus; Revit preferred);
• Good skills in budget and schedule preparation;
• Good knowledge of the Public Works Code 50/2016 and technical regulations;
• Experience managing large projects for national public clients is a preferred qualification.
