Job Description:

Sinapsi Group Srl is seeking a Responsabile sviluppo rete agenti to build a network of subagents in Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia-Romagna for Assix S.p.A., a dynamic company in the Italian insurance sector known for innovation and personalized consulting.

The selected candidate will report to the CEO and Commercial Director and will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new talents within the subagent network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire recruitment process from advertising to CV screening and interviews;
  • Overseeing onboarding processes and monitoring their effectiveness;
  • Introducing new subagents to the company's culture;
  • Supporting administrative procedures for resources.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of current insurance sector dynamics and KPIs;
  • At least 10 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding insurance promoters, agents, subagents, etc.;
  • Ability to design and implement effective onboarding and training processes;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Experience in monitoring progress and training pathways;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and online recruitment channels;
  • HR management or corporate training certifications are a plus.
