Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements at national, regional, and local levels.
• Ensure subcontractors adhere to all applicable HSE procedures and regulations.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of Safety Operational Plans (POS) and specific procedures.
• Monitor safety conditions at sites for personnel and subcontractors.
• Manage and update company and subcontractor documentation.
• Communicate risks and environmental impacts to operators and suggest preventive measures.
• Provide training and updates to personnel regarding company and client safety documents.
• Inform staff about the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Participate in coordination meetings, safety audits, and inspections.

Quality:

• Draft and verify the implementation of Quality Plans and related procedures.
• Manage Quality Control activities as per the applicable Quality Control Plans (PCQ).
• Assist in testing and control procedures, ensuring documentation is properly prepared.
• Handle Non-Conformity reports and ensure proper documentation and communication.
• Participate in site meetings, audits, and certification inspections.
• Manage technical and certification documentation archiving.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management Engineering or related fields such as Safety Engineering or Prevention Techniques.
• 2-3 years of experience preferably in photovoltaic, railway, or energy sectors.
• Qualified ASPP certification.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards.
