A leading company in the metalworking sector is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of quality. The successful candidate will have experience in quality management, particularly in the automotive sector, and will play a key role in maintaining high standards across business processes. This full-time position is based in Castegnato, with an expected start date of 30/06/2025.

1. Main Responsibilities:
2. Ensure compliance with all requirements for maintaining IATF 16949 certification.
3. Coordinate with the Quality Manager to monitor and improve process and product controls.
4. Maintain a presence in production departments to support and guide activities towards required quality standards.
5. Manage internal audits related to the quality system.
6. Interface with clients and certification bodies on relevant issues.

Candidate Characteristics:

• Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Deep knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• Excellent communication skills, pragmatism, and authority.
• Proficiency in English.
• Preferably, a degree in Engineering.
