Store Manager - Fashion Brand - Vicenza

The candidate will manage the boutique of a historic Italian brand specializing in women's clothing in Vicenza.

Responsibilities include managing the store, supervising the team, achieving economic targets through KPI analysis, and increasing store profitability.

The role involves motivating, developing, and managing resources, planning, attendance, holidays, and permissions.

Ensuring customer loyalty by training staff in assisted sales focused on customer satisfaction.

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience required.

Excellent organizational skills, dynamism, result orientation, customer service focus, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong managerial and coordination skills are essential.

Teamwork, reading, and monitoring KPIs and performance indicators are crucial.

Good knowledge of English is required.

Contract: Fixed-term or permanent, with a collective bargaining agreement for commerce.

Salary level: 1st or 2nd level, with RAL based on experience.

Benefits include meal vouchers and sales commissions based on results.

Work schedule: flexible, with availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
