For a renowned company specializing in women's clothing, we are seeking:

Store Manager - Fashion Brand - Vicenza

The candidate will be part of a boutique of a historic Made in Italy brand specializing in women's clothing, located in Vicenza.

Responsibilities include managing the store and supervising the team, contributing to achieving economic goals through KPI analysis, and increasing store profitability.

The role involves motivating, developing, and managing resources, including planning, scheduling, holidays, and permissions.

Ensuring customer loyalty by training staff in assisted sales focused on customer satisfaction.

Required experience: at least 2 years in retail management roles.

Excellent organizational skills, dynamism, result orientation, customer service focus, proactive attitude, and strong managerial and coordination skills are essential.

Ability to work well in a team, read and monitor key KPIs and performance indicators is crucial.

Good knowledge of English is required.

Contract: Fixed-term or indefinite, according to Ccnl Commercio.

Salary level: 1st or 2nd level, with RAL based on experience.

Benefits include meal vouchers and sales commissions based on results.

Work hours: flexible, with availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
