With a track record of international radar campaigns and systems developed for airborne, drone, and space applications, MetaSensing provides cost-effective radar solutions for both commercial and security markets.

The production site in Rocca d’Evandro plays a key role in assembling and commissioning advanced radar systems developed by MetaSensing.

Job duties:

·Plan, coordinate, and supervise all production activities at the Rocca d’Evandro site.

·Manage technical and operational resources to meet deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards.

·Act as the main interface with the technical, logistics, and quality departments to ensure production continuity.

·Oversee procurement activities and warehouse coordination in collaboration with the supply chain team.

·Monitor and optimize production processes using performance indicators (KPIs).

·Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations in the production environment.

·Prepare periodic reports and updates for the management team.

Required skills and qualifications:

·Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field.

·Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured manufacturing environments.

·Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

·Proven experience in managing operational and technical teams.

·Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

·Good command of the English language (international working environment).

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

·Previous experience in the aerospace, electronics, or defence sectors.

·Certifications in quality or safety management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001).

·Knowledge of ESD standards, IPC specifications, and electronic testing processes.

Candidate must be eligible to work in Italy.

Employment condition: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
