Una storica azienda italiana, operante nel settore dell'energia, è alla ricerca di un Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione. Il candidato sarà responsabile della pianificazione e gestione delle attività di marketing, cooperando stretto con la direzione commerciale per ottenere obiettivi strategici. La posizione offre opportunità di lavoro a Verona con flessibilità per il lavoro da remoto.

Competenze

LHH offers the opportunity to join a historic Italian medium-sized company operating in the gas and energy sector nationwide, as Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, to strengthen the internal team.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and related budget, supervising suppliers and external agencies in line with strategic company objectives;
2. Coordinate online and offline communication activities, including social media, website, PR, events, and advertising campaigns, in line with directives from the Commercial Director;
3. Oversee the creation of content (text, visuals, videos) and promotional materials to support branding and sales;
4. Promote and coordinate initiatives at our points of sale to enhance visibility and attractiveness, managing visual communication (window decals, light panels, posters, sails, etc.);
5. Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and analytics tools;
6. Promote and oversee participation in sector events, fairs, sponsorships, and territorial initiatives;
7. Analyze market data, energy sector trends, and customer behaviors to guide commercial strategies;
8. Support the development of new products/services from a communication and promotional perspective.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related disciplines;
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in marketing and communication roles, preferably in related sectors (energy, utilities, environment, telecommunications) or retail (where marketing oversees store communication);
• Experience as a responsible for the activities described or viewing this role as a professional growth step;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM, and marketing automation platforms;
• Leadership, operational autonomy, and project-based working ability;
• Creativity, proactivity, teamwork skills, and ability to foster team spirit at the headquarters and in sales points located in Northern Italy.

Work location: Verona + possibility of smart working and flexible hours.
