Supporting this strategy with a strong customer-centric focus, it invests in developing professionals working both in Retail and Headquarters to ensure maximum satisfaction and excellent service.

In this context, to strengthen the IT department, we are looking for a:

INFRASTRUCTURE, NETWORK AND CYBER SECURITY MANAGER

We are seeking a Manager responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and operational continuity of the company's IT infrastructure. The role involves coordinating network management, cybersecurity, and on-premise and cloud infrastructure activities, supporting technological evolution aligned with corporate strategies.

The candidate will report functionally and operationally to the IT Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise IT infrastructure, LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring systems;
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, including protection, detection, and incident response systems;
  • Handle advanced administration of Microsoft environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Defender for Endpoint;
  • Design and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including networking, security, identity management, and cost optimization;
  • Supervise corporate and guest WiFi networks;
  • Monitor and apply security patches and antivirus updates;
  • Coordinate internal resources, suppliers, and technological partners for infrastructure and security projects;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR) and operational continuity;
  • Manage network performance monitoring and security reporting;
  • Support IT governance and strategic technological evolution planning;
  • Assist in drafting the IT Budget.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in roles of responsibility in IT infrastructure and security;
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 environments;
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Azure: networking, security, virtual machines, identity & access management;
  • Networking skills: routing, switching, firewalling, segmentation;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and main frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001);
  • Project management and team coordination skills;
  • Plus:
  • Knowledge of SAP environments and related infrastructure and security implications;
  • Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation;
  • Proactivity and ability to propose innovative solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
