Ce poste implique la supervision des activités liées à la qualité, la sécurité et l'environnement, en maintenant des standards de conformité aux normes ISO. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans des rôles similaires, ainsi qu’une formation pertinente et des certifications adéquates.

Competenze

Job Title: RESPONSABILE GESTIONE SISTEMA INTEGRATO

Company Description

Our client is a leading company in the maritime transportation sector, based in Naples, seeking to fill the position of:

Position

The resource reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for monitoring all activities related to quality/environment/safety in the workplace according to the management system used and ongoing processes.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Ensure the establishment, application, and maintenance of an active integrated system compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards.
2. Report to management on the progress and deficiencies of the integrated system.
3. Develop, modify, and verify documents of the integrated system.
4. Periodic review of the integrated system, its conformity status, and effectiveness in achieving results.
5. Issue updates to introduce, modify, or improve procedures and instructions.
6. Assist in preparing and updating appropriate management procedures of the integrated system.
7. Manage identification, distribution, and archiving of system documents and evaluate their suitability.
8. Assist in planning training and instructional activities.
9. Conduct audits.
10. Coordinate process optimization actions through meetings with department managers.
11. Collaborate with the CEO in defining company objectives and milestones.
12. Participate in the HSSE evaluation group for semiannual updates to ensure compliance with TMSA standards and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

We seek candidates with a degree in Economics, Commerce, or Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles within ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 standards. Certified auditors in ISO 19011, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, and familiar with SMS ISM and TMSA systems. Proficiency in English is required. Experience in the maritime/shipowning sector is mandatory.
