Job Description

Grafton Retail & GDO, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences, skills, and potential in the retail and large distribution sectors, is seeking a Responsabile di Zona GDO Alimentare - Basso Piemonte for a client in the GDO alimentare sector.

As a Responsabile di Zona, you will manage multiple points of sale in the Alessandria/Asti/Voghera area, overseeing performance and economic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support stores in implementing new processes and concepts, monitoring commercial indicators such as turnover, inventory discrepancies, and personnel costs.
• Manage personnel, including control, organization, and motivation of staff.
• Work daily with store teams, Directors, and Vice Directors to promote professional growth and skills development.
• Handle personnel selection and career planning.
• Coordinate with headquarters regarding product replenishment for fresh and grocery stores under your supervision.

Required Skills and Characteristics

• Previous experience in GDO alimentare roles such as Inspector, District Manager, or Area Manager.
• Team management skills, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability.
• Strong goal orientation and passion for the sector.
• Propensity for managerial and operational activities.

Work Details

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days a week.

Contract: Permanent contract directly with the client company, CCNL DMO, salary and benefits commensurate with experience, company car, laptop, mobile phone, and annual MBO system.

Location: Alessandria/Asti/Voghera
