Job Description:

The resource will be placed within the Bistro and will be responsible for managing room service, specifically scheduling and coordinating daily work, supervising the mise-en-place of tables and service (lunch/dinner), participating in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team, recording orders, attending to guests, and paying attention to details. They will also supervise room preparation for all required services.

The resource will be placed within a harmonious work environment focused on collaboration, where they will have the opportunity to develop their talents in a context of excellence.

This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

CCNL Tourism. Classification and salary will be based on profile and experience.

Requirements include:

1. Hotel training
2. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is welcome
3. Good knowledge of wines
4. At least three years of experience in the same role
5. Strong communication and management skills, customer orientation, and teamwork
