HIS S.P.A. è alla ricerca di un Responsabile di Rango per un hotel 5 stelle nel centro di Firenze. Il candidato ideale deve avere esperienza in ristoranti di lusso e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente di alto livello. Offriamo un contratto a termine con possibilità di conversione e un ambiente di lavoro stimolante con un focus sulla cucina italiana di alta qualità.

Competenze

  • Min. 1 year of experience in luxury hotel or fine dining.
  • Knowledge of service procedures and allergens required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tables and anticipate guests' needs.

Mansioni

  • Provide courteous reception to all guests.
  • Guide guests through the menu for a superior dining experience.

HIS S.P.A. is seeking to strengthen its team by hiring a

  • Responsabile di Rango | Chef de Rang
  • for a 5-star hotel
  • located in the center of Florence.

The property is situated in the heart of Florence, amidst art, culture, and shopping. It offers a lifestyle product linked to gastronomy, aperitifs, meetings, and will become a reference point for both locals and tourists attracted by the welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, international originality of cocktails at the Bar & Lounge area, and the ideology of sharing luxury behind a fine dining restaurant with high-level service and hospitality.

Our goal is to offer a sharing Italian cuisine complemented by sophisticated, high-quality service.

For this new opening, we are looking for dynamic staff eager for a new challenge and passionate about hospitality.

  • Position
  • Fixed-term employment contract, with the possibility of conversion to permanent;
  • 6 days a week with 1 day off;
  • 14 monthly payments;
  • Salary proportional to demonstrated experience.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Be of legal age;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages (preferred);
  • Basic knowledge of service procedures in the dining room;
  • Basic wine knowledge (mandatory);
  • Deep knowledge of all menus and allergens;
  • Possession of certificates in hospitality or catering (preferred);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of LightSpeed (preferred).

The candidate should be able to:

  • Provide courteous and professional reception to all guests,
  • Manage a section with multiple tables, ensuring dynamism and quality of service;
  • Guide guests through the menu to create an experience, anticipating their needs;
  • Basic math skills and cash handling, operating a point-of-sale system;
  • Work as part of a team;
  • Stand for long periods.
