Responsibilities : Leading a team of 4 people, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability KPI's, CRM, After sale, Boutique operations, Reporting Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets

Requirements : Minimum 5 years of Management / Floor Management / Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling Fluent in English language
