Un'importante azienda nel settore retail di lusso sta cercando un Floor Manager a Milano. Il candidato ideale avrà almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di team e operazioni in un ambiente di lusso. Le responsabilità includono la supervisione delle vendite e del personale, garantendo prestazioni eccezionali e raggiungendo obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi. L'azienda offre uno stipendio competitivo fino a 50.000 euro e ottimi benefici.

Responsibilities :

• Leading a team of 4 people, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
• Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability
• Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of Management / Floor Management / Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling
• Salary up to €50K, depending on experience
