Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, stock control, orders, visual merchandising, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate, units per transaction, and sell-out to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Provide personalized customer service and build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Implement customer loyalty strategies to develop a recurring and satisfied clientele.
  • Maintain the store's visual standards, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment focused on achieving goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales associate, preferably in high-end perfumery and cosmetics.
  • Strong aptitude for personalized sales and customer consultation.
  • In-depth knowledge of store KPIs and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in customer retention and building a loyal client base.
  • Ability to independently manage store operations.
  • Excellent understanding of visual merchandising and attention to the store's image.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (essential); knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work shifts and weekends.
