Position
RESPONSABILE DI COMMESSA / PROJECT MANAGER IMPIANTISTICO ("ELETTRICO-SPECIALI" AND/OR MECHANICAL - RESIDENTIAL / TERTIARY - DIREZIONALE / HOSPITAL)
The company specializes in designing and constructing large works and infrastructure in Italy and worldwide.
Responsibilities
- The resource will report directly to the Area Operations Director and will manage the design and construction projects of the plant engineering part (electrical-specials / mechanical) of complex infrastructures. The Project Manager will develop, manage, and oversee all direct and indirect activities of the project, in agreement with the Technical Management of the company. Specific duties include:
- Coordinate and supervise Internal Technicians and/or External Services involved in developing the technical project of the project (definitive and/or executive) based on client specifications and commercial offers.
- Organize, develop, coordinate, supervise, and execute all other technical/operational activities necessary for the correct and complete realization of the project works, respecting the overall schedule, costs/revenues, contractual obligations, as well as aspects related to Quality, Safety, and Environment.
- Develop and manage the project budget.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to develop Market Research for materials and subcontractors (issuing requests for offers, procurement, offer verification, supplier/subcontractor selection).
- Prepare necessary documentation for project management in collaboration with other company functions.
- Handle internal and client-side accounting documentation and other aspects related to Quality, Safety, and Environment.
- Manage all technical and operational activities for planning, scheduling, executing, and controlling technical projects and works.
- Manage relationships with the Client, Construction Supervisor, and potential Partners.
- Coordinate site Managers.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports based on activity and maintain correspondence with third parties (Suppliers, Subcontractors, Consultants, Partners, Supervisors, Clients).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's Degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma in Industrial Perito or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects in the plant engineering sector.
- Preferably familiar with the BIM System.
- Proficiency with main software tools: MS Office, Navision, Project, accounting programs (Pimus-Regolo).

Projects Area: North-East Italy (Padova/ Treviso zone).
