S&you, a well-known international brand specializing in Professional Staffing and the Search & Selection of qualified personnel and middle management, is recruiting for a historic group operating in the large infrastructure and Facility Management services sector for the following position:

RESPONSABILE DI COMMESSA / PROJECT MANAGER IMPIANTISTICO (“ELETTRICO-SPECIALI” E / O MECCANICO - RESIDENZIALE / TERZIARIO - DIREZIONALE / OSPEDALIERO)

Our client company is involved in the design and construction of large works and infrastructure projects in Italy and worldwide.

Position

The candidate will report directly to the Area Operations Director and will manage design and construction projects for the plant engineering part (electrical-specials / mechanical) of complex infrastructures. The Project Manager will develop, manage, and oversee all direct and indirect activities related to the project, in agreement with the Technical Department. Specific responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and supervising internal technicians and/or external service providers involved in developing the technical project of the project (definitive and/or executive) based on client specifications and contractual offers.
• Organizing, developing, coordinating, supervising, and executing all other technical/operational activities necessary for the correct and complete realization of the project works, respecting the overall schedule, costs/revenues, contractual obligations, and company policies on Quality, Safety, and Environment.
• Developing and managing the project budget.
• Interfacing and collaborating with the Purchasing Department to conduct Market Research for materials and subcontractors (requesting offers, procurement, offer verification, supplier/subcontractor selection).
• Preparing the necessary documentation for project management in collaboration with other company functions.
• Handling internal and client-side accounting documentation and other aspects related to Quality, Safety, and Environment.
• Managing all technical and operational activities related to planning, scheduling, execution, and control of technical projects and works.
• Managing relationships with clients, the Design Supervisor, and potential partners.
• Coordinating site managers.
• Preparing daily and weekly reports based on activities and maintaining correspondence with third parties (Suppliers, Subcontractors, Consultants, Partners, Supervisors, Clients).

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in Engineering or a diploma as an Industrial Expert or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects in companies within the plant engineering sector.
• Preferably familiarity with the BIM System.
• Proficiency with main software tools: MS Office, Navision, Project, and accounting programs (Pimus-Regolo).

Additional qualities include leadership skills, problem-solving ability, planning skills, teamwork, and flexibility.

Projects: North-East Area (Ferrara zone).
