Company Description:

Life in spa, a well-structured medium-sized employment agency with a young management team, is seeking a Commercial figure for its Verona branch. The role involves expanding the commercial network within the province and the Veneto region, focusing on territorial mapping.

Position:

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Identifying new business development opportunities beyond current market opportunities.
2. Maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty to increase turnover.
3. Understanding and anticipating client needs.
4. Managing negotiation processes and quotations.

The role reports to the area manager and involves managing, monitoring, and developing the assigned territory, providing comprehensive consultancy services to current and potential clients.

Offered contract: Initially a 6-month fixed-term employment contract, with the possibility of permanent employment, plus variable/percentage on turnover, meal vouchers, company phone, and car (non-multifunctional use).

Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 9-13 and 14-18, Friday 9-13 and 14-17.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in employment agencies.
• Good knowledge of the local business fabric.
• Soft skills: initiative, relational skills, sales aptitude, results-oriented, determination.
