Profexa Consulting, in partnership with a prestigious Italian company based in Marche with branches in Northern Italy, is seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager.

The candidate, working closely with the ownership, will aim to develop and consolidate the company's business through implementing strategies and actions focused on continuous improvement of the commercial area's performance and related departments.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a growth mindset, experienced in achieving objectives, with a background in commercial coordination and team management, preferably in mechanical or related sectors. The ideal candidate should have the drive and determination to succeed in a young, dynamic, and growing environment.

Key characteristics for this role include a strong goal orientation, excellent organizational skills, and good communication abilities. These will enable the person to build important relationships across the territory, motivate the team, and maintain effective internal relations among departments. Knowledge of English is also desirable.
