Role Overview

The ideal candidate should possess strong relational and commercial skills. They will develop and manage their client portfolio, devising strategies in collaboration with management for new acquisitions. The role involves interacting with both existing and potential clients, presenting tailored offers, and managing a sales team of 20 agents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in Construction, Carpentry, or Windows & Doors sectors.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently to achieve targets.
• Knowledge of technical drawing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented, with market awareness and the ability to analyze industry trends and innovations.
