Responsabile Amministrativo Contabile

for a company operating in project management on a contract basis both in Italy and abroad. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating administrative and accounting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and achievement of company economic objectives.

The role reports to the CEO and will handle:

  1. Managing and coordinating the administrative and accounting team, ensuring efficiency and punctuality.
  2. Supervising general and analytical accounting, including managing complex contracts at national and international levels.
  3. Preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards.
  4. Ensuring proper tax management and compliance with current regulations in Italy and foreign countries.
  5. Coordinating the preparation of periodic reports and maintaining updated economic indicators.

Qualifications include:

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 8-10 years of consolidated experience in similar roles, preferably in companies operating on contracts and/or in the plant engineering and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of Italian and international accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented, leadership qualities, and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Additional information:

The company operates in project management on a contract basis.

Level: Quadro.

Work location: Ravenna. Smart working is not available.
