We are seeking a Resource Manager.

The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the skills to meet client and project needs.

Key responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to grow our qualified resource pool through diverse channels.
2. Maintain an accurate, high-quality database of professionals for various roles.
3. Assess candidates thoroughly and present the best fits to project teams or clients.
4. Manage costs to align with project budgets.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth workflows and optimal resource utilization.
6. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.

General requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Vendor, Resource, or Account Manager in the language industry.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles, with a focus on building trust and relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and evaluate project performance.
• Attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in computer and web technologies.
• Motivated, results-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads effectively.
