We are looking for a Resource Manager.

The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the necessary skills and qualifications to meet project and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand our pool of qualified resources, using targeted strategies across various channels.
2. Build and maintain an accurate, high-quality, and up-to-date database of professionals.
3. Assess and select the best professionals for each project and present vetted candidates to project managers or clients.
4. Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets and resource expenses.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization.
6. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.

General Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Proficiency in computer and web technologies.
• Motivated, result-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads.
