We are looking for a Resource Manager.

The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the skills and qualifications to meet client and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the qualified resource pool, using targeted strategies across various channels.
2. Build and maintain an accurate, high-quality database of professionals for relevant roles.
3. Assess professionals thoroughly to select the best candidates for each project and present vetted candidates to project teams or clients.
4. Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization.
6. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.

General Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in computer and web technologies.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.
