We are looking for a Resource Manager.

The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals who meet client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand the pool of qualified resources using targeted strategies across various channels.
2. Build and maintain an accurate, high-quality, and up-to-date database of professionals.
3. Assess professionals to identify the best fit for each project and present vetted candidates to project teams or clients.
4. Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
5. Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization.
6. Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in computer and web technologies.
• Motivated, result-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.
