We are looking for a Resource Manager.

The Resource Manager will identify, onboard, and maintain a network of language professionals with the skills and qualifications to meet client and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and recruit professionals to expand our qualified resource pool using targeted strategies across various channels.
• Build and maintain an accurate, high-quality, and up-to-date database of professionals.
• Assess candidates thoroughly to select the best professionals for each project and present vetted candidates to project teams or clients.
• Manage costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource issues, and optimize utilization.
• Monitor resource availability, communication, and performance to meet project demands efficiently.

General Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Vendor Manager, Resource Manager, or Account Manager in the language industry.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance, and make informed decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in computer and web technologies.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to manage stress, perform under pressure, and handle substantial workloads efficiently.
