Vado Port System also known as Vado Gateway is made up of two well integrated terminals : Reefer Terminal and its new semi-automated container terminal.

With the launch of the new platform in 2019 Vado Ligure became the first semi-automated port in Italy with a fully automated gate and stacking yard.

Vado Gateway is one of the most competitive terminals in Europe combining innovation automation intermodal connectivity and the ability to offer fully integrated and complex services such as cold storage project cargo Ro-Ro and intermodal transport.

We are currently looking for a Resource Coordinator who will join our team based in Vado Ligure.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Resource Coordinator you will learn to assist Planning / Operations Management to manage and lead resources allocations while providing adequate staffing at all times to handle the operational workload.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Allocation of human resources according to planning and operational requirements
  • Maintain schedules for all shifts
  • Working with Excel creating reports

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or Human Resources
  • PC skills and proficiency with MS Excel
  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Strong interest for analysis or human resources administration is a plus
