Our client is a leading Indian manufacturer and retailer of high-end furniture, providing full home solutions. They have commissioned us to find:

RESIDENTIAL INTERIORS DESIGNER ARCHITECT DIRECTOR - INDIA

The candidate will demonstrate an adventurous spirit to work in India and will focus on managing a luxury branded furniture store as Design Director, as well as building and managing a design studio.

There is an opportunity for growth to become the All India Design Director.

Requirements:

• Experience with a minimum of 100 high-end residential projects designed and executed
• Fluency in English
• Ability to manage a 5000 SQM luxury furniture store as Design Director and to build and manage a design studio, leading teams of resources
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required and curate interiors by selecting brands represented in the store
• Availability to work 6 days a week
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore, India
• Preference for candidates from Italy, Spain, UK, USA, or Australia with experience in luxury interior design

Location:

Contractual Status:

Local contract with benefits including two trips home (30 days each), good residential accommodation, company car and driver.
