KNAPP Italia is seeking a Resident Service Technician

Join our team at the main logistics center of a global leader in eyewear. As a resident service technician, you will perform reactive and scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure high system availability. Our team members work in alternating shifts, including one night shift per month, as part of our continuous improvement process.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Perform servicing on all system parts while observing health and safety practices
  • Respond promptly to errors and troubleshoot efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and support continuous improvement through feedback
  • Ensure high equipment availability
Requirements for applicants:
  • Qualification in electrics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT, or automation
  • Experience in maintenance tasks
  • Ability to read mechanical layouts and circuit diagrams
  • Experience working in a workshop environment
  • Proficiency in Italian and preferably English
