About the location:

About the role:

The Residences Concierge is an integral part of the Residences at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. The main objective of this role is to ensure our member s have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engaged visit , and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team. The Residences Concierge team is expected to go above and beyond for our member s by utilizing their resources and knowledge of the local Naples area. Our goal is to enhance member experiences and make their stay as enjoyable as possible!

What you will do:

• Customer Service: Maintaining a welcoming, helpful, and discrete environment for every guest
• Technology: Answering phone calls while responding to chats and emails that come through our unique computer systems
• Communication: Connecting with our members to discuss their needs for transportation, restaurant reservations, amenities, preferences, arrival/departure time, etc.
• Teamwork: Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of

What you bring:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Passion for guest services and hospitality.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English is required .
• Knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area is a plus
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
