We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservation Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the reservations department: Oversee all activities related to reservations, ensuring service standards are met and every request is handled efficiently.
• Optimize availability and occupancy rates: Collaborate with the Revenue Manager office to manage room availability.
• Supervise the reservations team: Coordinate and motivate the team, ensuring that members are properly trained and working synergistically.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of experience in reservations or front office roles, with experience supervising teams in medium to large-scale properties.
• In-depth knowledge of reservation systems and revenue management techniques.
• Leadership and team management skills: Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure department efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Teamwork-oriented: Ability to collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and achieve company goals.
• Language skills: Knowledge of additional languages, English, French, German.
• Hospitality training or equivalent experience in luxury hotels.
