The role involves managing guest bookings, improving reservation accuracy, and coordinating events. As a Reservations Officer, you will support the Reservation Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property.
You will ensure adherence to all SOPs.
You will assist in maintaining and improving reservations operations to ensure high accuracy in guest reservations, maximize revenue opportunities, and enhance guest and team member satisfaction.
You will monitor daily arrivals and guest requests, ensuring proper communication and handling.
You will manage inventory, including allotments, group blocks, and rate codes across applicable systems.
Additionally, you will support the Revenue Manager in increasing sales within the property and optimizing the use of all distribution channels, such as IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, and Regional and Corporate Sales Offices.

You will coordinate event logistics across departments such as Front Office and F&B.
Managing internal digital communication.
