Department: Department of Mechanics, Mathematics and Management

Academic discipline: IEGE-01/A - Business and management engineering

Specific duties of Researcher (job description)): a. The required teaching activity (according to the annual teaching needs) must be carried out in Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degree programs and will concern the scientific field IEGE-01/A, with a specific focus on courses in Business and organization economics, Business and project management, Business strategy, Innovation management. The teaching activity will be aimed at providing students with multidisciplinary scientific and professional training. b. With reference to the scientific interests and research activities currently carried out at the workplace, the researcher will be required to conduct scientific research, at an international level, related to the following topics: business management, entrepreneurship, knowledge and innovation management, organization dynamics. c. The researcher will be required to conduct analyses using primary and secondary data through econometric models, case studies, mixed methods, as well as to initiate collaborative research and project activities at both national and international levels.

Maximum number of publications to be submitted for the evaluation: 12 (twelve)

Evaluation of the level of knowledge of the English language : The evaluation will be conducted on the basis of the scientific papers written in English. The Evaluation Committee may also decide to resort to a colloquium.
