Laimburg Research Centre is the leading research institute for agriculture and food quality in South Tyrol (Italy). We operate mainly in applied research with the aim of increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of South Tyrolean agriculture and of ensuring the quality of agricultural products.
For the ERDF research project PROSEED “Research into drying and fermentation technologies for the valorization of innovative plant protein raw materials for food and agriculture“ (ERDF, n. 1080, CUP B57H) the working groups “Laboratory for Flavours and Metabolites” and the “Laboratory of NMR Spectroscopy” are looking for a:

The aim of the PROSEED project is to research fermentation and drying technologies to valorize innovative products and by-products derived from a patented process for protein extraction from plants.
Workplace: Laboratory for Flavours and Metabolites and the Laboratory of NMR Spectroscopy (c/o NOI Techpark in Bozen / Bolzano)

This is a full-time position at Laimburg Research Centre. The regular place of work will be the NOI Techpark, Via A. Volta n. 13, 39100 Bolzano (BZ). Classification is based on the category "employee" according to the Agricultural collective agreement. The contract may be renewed if the project is renewed and/or funds are still available, within the limits of the legal provisions at that time.

Personal suitability may be assessed by means of a structured questionnaire and this may amount to up to 30% of the overall mark. During the interview, a written assessment of the competences specified in the job advertisement may also be carried out. A ranking list will be published.
