As a Research Leader, you will be part of our Technical Research Team, shaping the HVAC solutions of the future.

You will operatively lead internal research projects and external cooperation, being responsible for the smooth flow of all the project’s activities. You will act as a link between the project team and external stakeholders to guarantee the correct info processing and transferring.

As a senior thermodynamic expert, you will use your technical expertise where needed in all project phases, delving deeply into the technical aspects.

Your main tasks will be:

• Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with an important operative/technical component
• Using your technical knowledge to analyze technical problems and assign sub-tasks to team members
• Motivating and engaging team members to accomplish project tasks and meet deadlines
• Reporting project activities to the Research Manager, proactively discussing bottlenecks and project risks

A profile of the ideal candidate includes:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to think creatively and outside the box
• A positive attitude towards operational work and leadership
• Strong empathy and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the HVAC&R field is preferred but not mandatory
• A PhD is advantageous but not required
