Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Support product development with V&V testing activities to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• R&D Projects: Oversee the development of new devices and manage the lifecycle of existing portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory testing standards.
• Lab Management: Implement and manage processes for equipment maintenance, calibration, and safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory and quality departments, to align development efforts with company goals.
• Resource Management: Manage the lab budget and monitor workload to keep expenses aligned with expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on applicable regulations and ensure all activities comply with these standards.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelor's or advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or biochemistry.
• At least 3 years of consolidated experience in pharma or medical devices R&D.
• Experience in lab management, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Strong knowledge of research methods and data analysis.
• Familiarity with data analysis and project management software.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in budget management and task planning.
• Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and standards for the EU and US.
• Excellent soft skills for effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for report writing and teamwork.
