Research contract holders - Agricultural and forestry genetics, chemistry and pedology (Prof. Borruso, Luigimaria)

The project aims to promote the agroecological transition in farms through crop diversification, the development of resilient agronomic practices, and the reduction of chemical inputs, while also fostering the natural control of pests and diseases.

A key element is represented by chemical and biochemical soil analyses, with particular attention to the rhizosphere, in order to assess microbial and soil fauna biodiversity, root–microorganism interactions, physicochemical quality, and the regenerative potential of soils.
