Join a leading company in the ski industry as a Rescue Co-ordinator. This role focuses on coordinating rescue operations, providing exceptional customer service, and requires a proactive approach in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Ideal for candidates with logistical experience and a passion for skiing.
Our Rescue Co-ordinator will coordinate any accidents or injuries that occur in the resort of Pila by communicating with instructors, calling the piste rescue services, informing party leaders or teachers, and resort team members to provide excellent service to our clients when needed. The Rescue Co-ordinator will also attend to accidents or injuries in the medical centre, collate and log all documentation onto our CRM, attend après ski activities, and cover one on-call shift per week.
This role does not require medical experience; the focus is on organizing logistics and acting as a linguistic aid. The role involves close collaboration with the Snowsports Operations Supervisor and Resort Assistant Co-ordinator.
Given the seasonal nature of the role, team members are expected to work up to five months with one scheduled day off per week. The workdays can be long and physically demanding, often in varying weather conditions. We value resilience, a positive mindset, and a proactive approach to maintaining mental and physical wellbeing throughout the season.
