We are looking for a Commercial Manager of Purchasing for Rome. What will you be responsible for?

  • Creating new relationships of trust with clients and suppliers by promoting existing ones.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of key customer needs and requirements, as well as our products.
  • Expanding relationships with existing clients by continually proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensuring that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serving as a communication link between clients and internal teams.
  • Resolving any incidents with customers and turning them into opportunities to maintain trust and build loyalty.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the progress of the client portfolio, making forecasts, and evaluating performance using key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a purchasing salesperson.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Autonomous, responsible, and well-organized.
  • Good reflection and decision-making skills.
  • High proficiency in Italian.
