    • About the Role
    • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of business risks with insurance implications, identifying the best mitigation strategies.
    • Define, negotiate and manage insurance contracts with brokers and insurance companies.
    • Manage the insurance budget, optimising costs and coverage.
    • Monitor compliance with insurance and risk management regulations.
    • Analyse claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their efficient handling.
    • Prepare risk reports for management and propose corrective actions.
    • Liaise with other departments (e.g. Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure an integrated approach to risk management and consistent contracting.
    • Assist the Head of Department in the evaluation of advanced risk management tools (e.g. captive).
    • Keep abreast of regulatory and market developments in the insurance sector.
    • What You Need to Be Successful
    • 2-4 years of experience in the role
    • Master’s degree in Economics or similar fields
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional knowledge of the English language
