A luxury footwear brand is seeking a Reporting and Consolidation Specialist to join their Finance Team in Milan. The ideal candidate will prepare financial reports, analyze performance metrics, and support budget preparations. Required qualifications include a degree in Economics or Finance and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in consulting or luxury. Proficiency in Excel and consolidation tools is essential.

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly Group Reporting package and internal managerial reports.
• Analyze margins and performance against budget and forecasts.
• Support in the preparation of Group Consolidated financial statements.
• Draft periodic reports (monthly and quarterly).
• Assist in Budget preparation.
• Manage relationship with Auditors.

Sergio Rossi, the made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951 that is 100% controlled by Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun, is currently looking for a Reporting and Consolidation Specialist to be based in the HQs offices.

Position

The ideal candidate will be part of the Finance Team and will report to the Finance Consolidation Manager.

He / she will be involved in the following main activities :

• Monthly closing activities, including preparation of monthly Group Reporting package and internal managerial reporting, analysis of actual vs budget and forecast variations, interaction with the other controllers for the preparation of reporting;
• Analysis of the margins and performances of the companies of the Group, with respect to the budget and forecasts;
• Support in the preparation of Group Consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards;
• Drafting of periodic reports (monthly and quarterly);
• Support in the preparation of Budget;
• Support the Finance Consolidation Manager in managing the relationship with Auditors.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics or Finance;
• At least 3-5 years of experience gained in the role, preferably in a consulting / auditing firm or in the luxury industry;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel;
• Proven experience with consolidation tools;
• Good command of the English language;
• The ideal candidate shall express excellent analytical skills, proactivity as well as positive relations and team working attitude.
